Will I Be Notified About Updates?

E-mail notifications about available updates are generally sent out within one week of a significant release. If you notice an update before we get a chance to notify you (thanks for checking!) please email us for the installation password.

How Do I Download The Latest Versions?

If you still have your serial numbers for your products:	If you need an update to the purchased professional versions of our software products, please email us for the latest download link and installation program extraction passwords.
If you have lost your serial numbers because you switched machines or reinstalled your OS:	To get your serial numbers along with the current professional download information, please email us and we will get back to you promptly. Note that you will need to provide proof of identity for us to check our database.
