St. Louis, December 9, 1996: SevenStar Technologies released Object Briefcase/VB3 this week, an innovative add-on tool for Visual Basic 3.0. This tool is a powerful full featured scrapbook for reusable code, images, and controls. Procedures, declarations, as well as controls can be bundled together in the same object and pasted in one easy step back to Visual Basic forms and modules. As well, Object Briefcase allows for the easy creation of code wizards with its innovative IntelliPaste technology. The software allows developers to create, manage, and reuse objects and code in user definable and project specific folders. Corporate and team standards can easily be enforced. From the "New Object Wizard" to the pop-up right-mouse-button menus inside of Visual Basic forms and code editors, developers will speed development and pay for the purchase of Object Briefcase many times over. As well, StarPrint/VB3 has been integrated with the software to allow easy code printing, and will be provided free, a $29 value. Object Briefcases introductory price until February 15, 1997 will be $99. The regular list price is $129. For all purchasers, a free upgrade is offered to the Visual Basic 4.0 version, to be released within 90 days. A free demo version of the software will be available at the companys homepage by December 15, 1996 at: http://www.SevenStarTech.com |
